Mr. Paritosh Gupta is an Advocate by Profession. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh. He has comprehensive and intense experience of drafting and arguing on the original and appellate jurisdictions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, various High Courts, and various other Courts and tribunals. He has varied experience in issues under GST Laws, the Transfer of Property Act, Specific Relief Act, Partition suits, Copyright Act, Trademarks Act, Writ petitions. He is an expert in Drafting and Vetting of Memorandum of Understanding, Promoters Agreement, Shareholders Agreement and Commercial Agreements.

Ms. Ankita Vishwakarma is an Advocate by Profession. She is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh.
